Appointment Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the service price is required. This deposit guarantees your spot and will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

Here’s how it works:

• After booking, you will receive a private message from us with the necessary bank transfer details.

• You will have 2 hours to complete the payment. If the deposit is not paid within this timeframe, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• However, deposits can be transferred to a new appointment date if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• In the case of a no-show, you will be required to pay the full amount of the service to book your next appointment.
